Drive your career with RME as a Sales Consultant in Grande Prairie, AB. This full-time position focuses on outside sales for agriculture and construction equipment, offering a rewarding commission-based structure.
In this permanent position, you will develop and promote RME's products while identifying new customers within your assigned territory. Lead the sales process, consult on farming operations, and utilize solution-selling techniques to enhance client profitability and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and promote equipment products in your trade area
• Identify and acquire new customers from assigned territory
• Lead sales processes, including proposals and cost estimating
• Consult with customers to optimize their operations
• Execute solution-selling techniques for bundled offerings
Requirements:
• Proven ability in outside sales and growing sales volume
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
• Effective territory management experience
• Knowledge of CNH agriculture equipment is an asset
