Heavy Duty Mechanic Apprentice

In the role of Heavy Duty Mechanic Apprentice within Calfrac’s Maintenance Department, you'll focus on the repair and maintenance of our well servicing equipment. Your tasks include performing regular repairs and conducting preventative checks, aiming for timely and effective solutions to mechanical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out daily equipment repairs as required

• Perform preventative maintenance inspections

• Diagnose mechanical problems and execute repairs

• Work collaboratively to improve maintenance processes

• Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance

Requirements:

• Pursuing Journeyperson Heavy Duty, Millwright, or Automotive certification

• Asset: CVIP/DOT inspection certification

• Must hold a Class 5 driver’s license

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• Experience as a heavy-duty mechanic or apprentice is advantageous
