Electric Worker - Field Services Specialist

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Qualified Electric Worker to join the Field Services team in British Columbia. This role provides high-voltage electrical services while working with transformers and power equipment.

In this position, you'll leverage your Red Seal certification or Electrical Technologist experience to drive impactful field service operations. Your responsibilities include maintaining high-voltage systems, performing electrical tests, and building strong relationships with customers. An emphasis on teamwork ensures collaboration with engineering and marketing divisions for service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair power transformers effectively

• Execute detailed electrical testing routines

• Collaborate in high-voltage maintenance work

• Handle emergency service calls and warranty activities

• Review technical specifications for accurate execution

Requirements:

• Red Seal Electrician or Electrical Technologist background

• 3+ years of experience in electrical field services

• Clean valid Canadian driver’s license

• Availability for travel and flexible work hours

• Strong written and verbal communication
