GFL is looking for a dedicated technician to operate, repair, and maintain essential heavy equipment and trucks. The successful candidate will diagnose complex systems and conduct safety inspections as part of a supportive team. This position also includes mentoring apprentice technicians while maintaining high standards of safety and workspace cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose intricate issues in diesel and CNG engines

• Perform regular safety and maintenance inspections

• Record repair details and manage parts inventory

• Mentor and support apprentice technicians during training

• Ensure proper operation of tools and equipment

Requirements:

• Journeyman designation is required

• Valid Driver’s License essential for job

• Must provide personal tools for repairs

• Preference for candidates with Red Seal and leadership experience

• Experience with industry diagnostic software is beneficial
