DFI is seeking motivated individuals to join its field team. This role involves supporting Piling and Pre-Drill Operators and operating various equipment safely. The ideal candidates are safety-conscious, flexible, and willing to tackle challenges independently or in a small team setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Piling and Pre-Drill Operators efficiently

• Operate various types of equipment as needed

• Maintain a clean and safe worksite

• Collaborate effectively within a small team

• Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements:

• Clean class 5 driver’s license required

• Field safety tickets are assets

• Flexible schedule to meet production needs

• Strong problem-solving skills in dynamic settings

• Compliance with DFI’s drug and alcohol policy
