Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain HVAC, electrical, and fire protection systems

• Conduct regular inspections and identify maintenance needs

• Document all maintenance works and activities accurately

• Monitor building operations via management software

Requirements:

• Certificate in related building systems engineering

• 3-5 years in commercial or industrial environments

• Understanding of relevant safety codes and regulations

• Proficiency in software systems like CAFM

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
