Join Tsunami as a Heavy Duty Mechanic in Grande Prairie, where your expertise drives our northern operations. Implement fleet maintenance and ensure optimum equipment readiness. This permanent, full time position grants you the independence to manage your own workflow while supporting the mechanized needs of our facility.

You’ll partner with both the Grande Prairie Yard Manager and the Mechanic Foreman in Blackfalds to ensure everything runs smoothly, providing critical repairs and maintenance for effective dispatch.

• Manage routine maintenance and repairs of all equipment
• Work closely with the Yard Manager to target urgent repairs
• Consult with the Mechanic Foreman on troubleshooting issues
• Oversee a clean, organized, and effective work environment
• Adhere strictly to safety compliance rules and practices

• Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic or registered apprentice
• Ability to work reliably with minimal supervision
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean abstract
• Own basic service tools essential for the role
• Highly organized and self-driven
