Schedule:

10–12 hour shifts, rotation, weekends as needed

Job Summary
We are currently seeking experienced Excavator and Dozer Operators to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for safely operating heavy equipment on construction, civil, or oilfield projects while maintaining productivity and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operate excavators and dozers safely and efficiently

Perform tasks such as grading, trenching, ditching, back filling, and site preparation

Read and interpret site plans, stakes, and grade requirements

Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections

Perform routine maintenance and report mechanical issues

Work closely with ground crews and supervisors

Follow all company safety procedures and regulations

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years experience operating excavators and/or dozers

Valid driver’s license (Class 5 minimum)

Ability to work in physically demanding outdoor environments

Strong understanding of grading and site development

Commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in road building, civil construction, or oilfield work

GPS machine control experience (Topcon)

Safety certifications (CSO, CSTS, WHMIS, TDG, GROUND DISTRUBANCE, H2S ALIVE, FIRSTAID)
