Key Responsibilities:

• Manage water, fire, storm, and mold mitigation projects

• Perform water extraction and structural drying tasks

• Supervise and mentor Mitigation Technicians on-site

• Communicate effectively with clients and adjusters

• Maintain clean and organized equipment and vehicles

Requirements:

• Previous restoration or mitigation experience required

• Leadership experience preferred

• IICRC Water Restoration Technician certification is a strong asset

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work physically demanding tasks
