You will oversee asphalt distribution, manage the screed's operations, and maintain safety standards. This role requires hands-on expertise to deliver quality paving results across diverse projects in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and the Northwest Territories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate asphalt screed with precision and care

• Conduct daily equipment maintenance and safety checks

• Control asphalt mix distribution for uniformity

• Adjust application rates using manual/automatic controls

• Preheat screed and ensure proper material handling

Requirements:

• High School diploma or G.E.D preferred

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required

• Minimum 3 years highway paving experience

• Familiarity with AP1055 Cat Paver system an asset

• Knowledge of auger and extensions beneficial
