Maintenance, Journeyperson Electrician

Electricians - 8/6 - Grande Prairie, AB  Calfrac Well Services is seeking Journeyperson Electricians to join their Maintenance Department in Grande Prairie, Alberta. These professionals will be responsible for repairing, maintaining, and performing preventative maintenance on all Calfrac equipment. The ideal candidates are energetic self-starters with strong technical skills and a commitment to safety, ready to work a variety of shifts in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Need   Accredited technical diploma in Electronics or Electrical field or Journeyman Electrician Certification
4-6 years of relevant experience
Advanced understanding of technical concepts
Good understanding and experience with basic hydraulic systems

Experience with electric over hydraulic / air and PLC is an asset
Knowledge of electronic control systems, QA-QC, and troubleshooting
Ability to work a variety of shifts (shift work, night shift, day shift)
Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
Physically able to meet job demands and may require additional screening
Ability to operate process control equipment and write reports
