As a critical leader, you'll mentor your crew, ensure project timelines are met, and uphold safety standards. Work hands-on alongside carpenters and laborers while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily crew activities toward project deadlines

• Provide direction, mentorship, and task assignments

• Oversee work and report concerns to the Superintendent

• Act as a secondary site contact when needed

• Enforce safety standards and complete daily safety reports

Requirements:

• Journeyman Carpenter Certificate or lead experience

• Proficient in reading blueprints, familiar with Alberta Building Code

• Leadership skills to mentor and direct a crew

• Strong communication skills with all staff

• Valid driver's license and familiarity with site operations
