Your responsibilities will include operating the Loader safely, conducting maintenance checks, and guiding new hires in equipment use. You will be instrumental in ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely maneuver Loader and operate heavy equipment

• Conduct daily checks and maintenance as needed

• Follow supervisor instructions on tasks

• Maintain safety awareness in busy environments

• Participate in training sessions for new operators

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. is preferred

• Class 5 Drivers License required

• Minimum 2 years in road construction

• 2 - 3 years operating heavy equipment

• Ability to consistently lift 50 LBS
