Field Service Diesel Technician Alberta

Join Cummins Inc. as a Field Service Diesel Technician in Grande Prairie, Alberta. This role focuses on on-site diagnostics and repairs for engine products on a 7x7 shift schedule.

As the primary technical specialist, you will provide essential customer support while diagnosing and executing complex repairs. You will utilize advanced diagnostic tools, maintain records of service work, and adhere to safety policies. Your expertise will enable you to mentor junior technicians while driving the ongoing development of your skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete complex engine repairs in the shop and on-site

• Utilize diagnostic tools for maintenance and repairs

• Maintain detailed service records for all vehicles

• Adhere to Cummins health and safety protocols

• Mentor junior technicians and provide technical support

Requirements:

• Alberta Journeyperson HET or Red Seal certification

• Significant experience in field service operations

• Strong knowledge of engine products and aftertreatment systems

• Excellent customer service skills

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
