This role focuses on processing parts purchases, verifying shipments, and maintaining stock levels for the parts department. You'll enhance customer experiences while contributing to a well-stocked inventory and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with parts inquiries via various channels

• Process parts purchases using Point of Rental (POR)

• Supply service technicians with ordered parts

• Verify shipments against documentation

• Report and manage stock levels effectively

Requirements:

• Journeyman/Journeyperson Parts Technician preferred, or 2nd-3rd Year Apprentice

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

• Excellent communication abilities

• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs
