• Respond to water, fire, and storm emergencies - extracting water, cleaning up fire damage, and tackling mold
• Demolish and clear damaged areas to prepare for rebuild
• Assist with rebuild work: framing, drywall, painting, flooring, and finishing when needed
• Keep job sites safe, clean, and organized
• Follow project plans, operate equipment safely, and document work thoroughly
• Communicate with clients and teammates with professionalism and empathy

• 1-3 years of experience in restoration, construction, or trades preferred (will train the right candidate)
• IICRC certifications or equivalent are a bonus
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Physical strength and stamina (lifting 50+ lbs, working in varied environments)
• Ability to work evenings and weekends for rotating on-call shifts; willingness to travel for out-of-town assignments
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record
