About Us:
Midtown Home Improvements seeks a detail-oriented Construction Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team. We're a growing construction company committed to excellence.
Position:Customer Service Admin Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the construction team.
- Organize project documentation and manage filing systems.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
- Foster effective communication with team members and suppliers.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and site visits.
- Perform general office tasks.
- Previous administrative experience, especially in construction, is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Hourly pay: $19 to $20.
- Monthly bonuses based on hitting goals.
