LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a client seeking an experienced Bilingual Project Manager (English/Spanish Required) with a strong hardscapes and outdoor construction background
. This role is responsible for overseeing multiple projects from concept through completion, ensuring all work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, highly organized, and experienced managing field crews, subcontractors, and client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage multiple hardscape construction projects from pre‑construction through closeout
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines
• Coordinate daily activities for field crews, foremen, and subcontractors
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and high satisfaction
• Monitor project budgets, job costs, and change orders to meet financial targets
• Conduct site visits to ensure work aligns with plans, specifications, and safety standards
• Procure materials and coordinate deliveries to support project timelines
• Identify and mitigate risks, delays, and scope changes
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and safety standards
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and closeout materials

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in hardscaping (REQUIRED), landscaping construction, or related trades
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (REQUIRED)
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, and job cost tracking
• Experience leading field crews and coordinating subcontractors
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and site layouts
• Strong communication and client‑facing skills
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced, field‑driven environment
• Experience with project management or construction management software is a plus
