Salary Range $32.00 - $35.00 Hourly
OverviewThe Asphalt/Pave Box Operator is a skilled professional with 3–5 years of experience in operating paving equipment, specifically for parking lot projects. This role is responsible for the efficient operation of various machinery, ensuring that all materials are installed according to project specifications and in compliance with Rose Paving's quality standards. The operator will also maintain clear and consistent communication with key stakeholders, providing daily updates on project progress and ensuring smooth coordination throughout each phase of the job.
QualificationsWhat you'll bring to us
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- a minimum of 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have broad understanding of Rose Paving's business and proven abilities in the areas of preparation and installation of Asphalt
