Dayton Freight Lines is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with freight pickup requests, rate quotes or freight charges, hot shipments, shipment tracing and appointments or special requests.
You will assist the Service Center Manager, take and deliver messages for Account Managers, and provide support to drivers. Prepare bills of lading and delivery receipts while maintaining clear communication with customers and interline partners.
