English Language Developer Department Lead

Qualifications:

• Missouri Teacher Certification or Substitute Teacher Certification
• Currently holds a position in the role of the applicable department

REPORTS TO:

Director of Special Services

JOB GOAL:

Provide leadership, coordination, and guidance for achieving and maintaining standards of excellence in the department in alignment with the general education curriculum so that each student involved may derive the academic and personal benefit

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the facilitation of district-wide professional development in collaboration with the Director of Special Services
• Act as a resource person for grade level or department teachers/staff on curriculum questions.
• Prepare and lead the agendas for professional development days (are not responsible for creating the content).

DURATION OF POSITION: School Year

Salary: B-Salary:$823.00
