Fav Trip in Grandview and Independence seeks a hands-on operations leader to own both locations and the P&L. You will write the operating playbook and build a team without a district office, taking charge of day-to-day store execution.
You will hire, train, and supervise store managers and clerks, manage vendor relations, inventory, and shrink reduction, while ensuring top-notch store standards. This role is on-site four days a week with hours roughly 7am–4pm.
