Sika is looking for an experienced Compo under to join its growing SIKA Power team. In Grandview, MO for our Automotive and Industry team”

• Combine chemicals in quantities specific to the work order to make quality products batches.
• Read and follow procedures to create batches according tothe vendors specifications
• Apply basic knowledge of the chemicals reactions to produce quality batches and /or address errors as needed
• Adhere to all safety protocols, as well as, safely operating all required equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform miscellaneous duties at any supervisors or teamleads request
• This person must possess excellent communication skills, which are characterized by sincerity, persuasiveness and clarity of thought.
• High school Equivalency
• Ability to meet physical requirements
• Ability to wear a respirator
