Certified Nursing Assistant CNA

Located in Raymore, MO, just east of Belton near HWY 58 & Sunrise Dr.

• Currently enrolled in a nursing assistant program or hold a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, and willingness to handle residents at all maturity levels.

• Prepare residents for therapy, activities, physician visits, religious services and transport associated activities.
• Answer residents’ call lights promptly.
• Attend in‑service educational programs, on‑the‑job training and meetings as directed.
• Assist residents with proper hygiene and bathing as assigned, encouraging showers and self‑help measures.
• Follow infection‑control procedures in isolation situations per facility policy.
• Chart required information for each shift.
• Present a professional image to consumers through dress, behavior and speech.
• Adhere to company standards for resolving consumer concerns.
• Ensure that all consumer/resident rights are protected.

Shift differentials, regular employee appreciation events and paid time off. Shifts include 7 a–7 p and 7 p–7 a.
