• Overseeing day-to-day store and gas station operations.
• Managing and motivating a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating restocking to keep shelves full and customers happy.
• Handling cash management, including daily sales reports and deposits.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, security, and operational standards.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and boost store performance.

• At least 1 year of experience in a management or supervisory role (retail or similar industry preferred).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
