Create and promote a friendly, professional environment with customers, supervisors, and co-workers; maximize store volume while adhering to company goals and policies;
Recruit, interview, select and hire store associates; promote and salary adjustments for associates;
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the business day; maintain orderly planning and task completion;
Maintain excellent visual presentation and fashion statement throughout the store; manage scheduling within payroll budgets;
Implement and follow loss prevention procedures to minimize store shrinkage
