Salary: $25 - $45 per hour

- Mechanical assembly, disassembly, and rebuilding of industrial converting and finishing equipment
- Perform retrofits and upgrades including installation of new mechanical components, drives, motors, and motion systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues on machinery, including diagnosing root causes and implementing corrective actions
- Support machine installations, commissioning, and start-ups at customer facilities
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation
- Work closely with electrical and controls teams during machine builds and retrofits
- Provide technical support and training to customers as needed
- Maintain accurate service documentation and reports
- Travel to customer sites as required for service and installation work
- Troubleshoot and repair narrow web flexo printing and converting machinery
- Perform hands‑on mechanical and electrical repairs including hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic subsystems
- Install or relocate flexographic equipment at customer sites
- Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and service manuals to perform maintenance and repairs
- Travel to customer locations 50% and deliver exceptional on‑site service
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to solve technical issues in the field
- 2+ years of electro‑mechanical service experience, ideally in flexo, converting, or printing equipment
- Ability to read mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic schematics
- Comfortable using tools like multimeters, micrometers, hand tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Strong troubleshooting instincts and ability to work independently in the field
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to travel domestically and obtain a valid passport for occasional international assignments
- High school diploma or technical/trade school certificate
