Junior Maintenance Technician

We're looking for a Junior Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with maintenance experience who wants to continue learning and growing their skills. You'll work alongside Senior Maintenance Technicians to maintain and repair production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

• Perform preventive maintenance on machines and equipment
• Help troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues
• Replace parts such as bearings, sensors, belts, chains, and cylinders
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and assist with repairs
• Use maintenance software to complete work orders and document repairs
• Assist with spare parts inventory and organization
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
• Participate in hands-on training and skill development programs

What We're Looking For

• Maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience working with bearings, conveyors, chains, belts, and pneumatic systems
• Basic electrical knowledge, including the use of a multimeter
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Team-oriented and dependable

Nice to Have

• Experience with CMMS systems such as MaintainX or Hippo
• Industrial maintenance training or certifications
• Experience with PLCs, sensors, or motor controls
• Knowledge of TPM, preventive maintenance, or continuous improvement programs

Schedule

• Currently hiring for 2nd and 3rd Shift
• Transitioning to a 12-hour 2-2-3 schedule
• Hiring for all 4 crews

Pay

$30.00 - $34.00 per hour
