Repacking & Shipping Clerk

Wage: $17.00/hour. Shift: 1st 7:30am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday.

Help ensure every order leaves the warehouse accurately, on time, and ready to impress the customer. As a Repacking & Shipping Clerk, you'll play a key role in the final stage of the fulfillment process by verifying, packing, labeling, and shipping customer orders with precision. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and experienced with shipping software and warehouse operations, this is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced team where accuracy and efficiency make a direct impact.

Repacking & Shipping Clerk Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Pack decorated garments into boxes according to customer and company procedures
• Verify order accuracy, including styles, sizes, quantities, art, and finishing options
• Ensure packed orders are labeled, organized, and staged by ship date and/or shipping priority
• Utilize shipping programs: WMS, UPS World Ship, Fed Ex Ship Manager, and XPS for timely and accurate shipment processing
• Organize and prepare shipment pallets according to shipping carrier
• Complete all necessary documentation for outbound EDI orders
• Coordinate with management to communicate daily volume when over daily parcel carrier restrictions to ensure smooth operations
• Perform duties in multiple departments as the workload requires throughout the day
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
• Cross-train in various areas, including receiving, QC, and finishing departments

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Warehouse experience, including proficiency in shipping platforms/procedures
• Ability to operate a PC and related software
• Self-led monitoring and execution of daily duties between packing and shipping
• Ability and stamina for repetitive standing, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, lifting, and stacking for entire shift
• Must be able to lift 60 pounds repeatedly through the shift
