Responsibilities

  • Manages a wide range of employee and human resource-related data, records, and systems.
  • Processes new hire information, including onboarding and recruitment documentation.
  • Assists with monitoring required employee trainings (e.g., Safe Schools) and maintaining training systems through data entry, setup, communication, and recordkeeping.
  • Serves as the receptionist for the District Office.
  • Enters and updates a variety of data within human resource information systems.
Benefits
  • Salary: $24.45 - $31.28 per hour (depending on experience)
Job Details
  • Working days: 5 days per week / 215 workdays plus 12 holidays per year
  • Hours per day: 8 hours
Qualifications
  • Education:

    High School Diploma or equivalent. AA preferred.
  • Experience:

    Job‑related experience with increasing levels of responsibility is desired. Bilingual preferred.
  • Minimum qualifications:

    Operating standard office equipment including pertinent software applications, preparing and maintaining accurate records, performing basic bookkeeping, business telephone etiquette, knowledge of office methods and practices, ability to adapt to changing work priorities, communicating with diverse groups, work as part of a team.
Work Environment

The usual and customary methods of performing the job's functions require the following physical demands: occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling, some climbing and balancing, some stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling and some fine finger dexterity. The job is performed under minimal temperature variations and in a generally hazard free environment.
