We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Payroll & Accounting Coordinator to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with payroll experience, strong organizational skills, and a solid understanding of basic accounting principles. • Process payroll accurately and on time.
• Perform basic accounting functions.
• Enter employee information promptly into the appropriate systems.
• Maintain accurate payroll records, files, and supporting documentation.
• Assist with new employee orientation and onboarding.
• Complete other duties as assigned by the Administrator.

• Minimum of 2 years of payroll processing experience.
• General knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Quick Books.
• Experience with budget implementation is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
