About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Construction On-Site Superintendent to lead field operations and ensure our landscape construction projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in the field, knows how to manage crews and subcontractors, and takes pride in building exceptional outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day on-site construction activities for landscape projects
• Supervise and coordinate crews, subcontractors, and equipment
• Ensure projects are built according to plans, specifications, and schedules
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site at all times
• Communicate regularly with Project Managers regarding progress, materials, and issues
• Conduct quality control inspections and resolve field challenges proactively
• Manage material deliveries, site logistics, and jobsite documentation
• Enforce company standards, safety protocols, and best practices

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in landscape construction, with supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of landscape construction methods, materials, and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage crews
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Valid driver's license; ability to travel between job sites as needed

Preferred Experience

• Hardscape installation (pavers, walls, concrete, etc.)
• Grading, drainage, and site preparation
• Experience working with schedules, budgets, and project timelines
