* Job Description:

**** Responsibilities:
*** Handle all client interactions in a professional and courteous manner
* Provide accurate information and solutions to clients during each interaction
* Accurately enter and confirm client information in our database
* Educate clients about our products and services and recommend additional solutions based on their needs
* Maintain a strong working knowledge of all Vredevoogd products and services
* Meet established standards for compliance, job knowledge, quality, attendance, efficiency, initiative, and overall performance
** Requirements:
*** High school diploma or GED required
* At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred
* Strong data entry and computer skills in a fast-paced environment
* Friendly phone voice and a positive attitude
* Professional demeanor in all interactions with both internal and external clients
* Self-starter who can work independently while meeting expectations
* Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
* Must be available for weekend and closing shifts
* Must be able to complete training at our Grandville location starting
