What You'll Be Doing:

• Connecting with Customers:
  You'll be the friendly voice on the phone and the helpful hand via email, assisting customers with scheduling deliveries, answering questions, and resolving any post-delivery concerns.
• Problem-Solving Pro:
  You'll use your detective skills to get to the heart of customer issues, finding creative solutions and alternatives to leave them smiling.

  You'll work closely with our store, sales, warehouse, and delivery teams, ensuring smooth communication and a seamless customer experience.
