Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Project Architect at our Grandville, Michigan location. The Senior Project Architect will lead the design and management of architectural projects from conception to completion. Responsibilities include creating detailed architectural designs, overseeing project teams, managing submittals, ensuring adherence to project timelines, and collaborating with clients. The role also involves guiding sustainable design practices to align with LEED standards and utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools effectively.
Qualifications- Expertise in Architecture and Project Management to lead projects effectively and deliver exceptional design solutions
- Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) to develop accurate and detailed project designs
- Strong understanding of the submittal process, including the preparation and review of architectural documents
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to guide project teams and foster client relationships
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program with a minimum of 7 years experience
- Experience with commercial or institutional building projects is a plus
