Reliability Engineer | Grandville, MI
Salary Range: $83,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Grandville that are seeking skilled Reliability Engineers. These organizations are dedicated to maintaining high standards and are looking for professionals who can contribute effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies.
- Analyze equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations for chronic issues.
- Optimize preventive maintenance (PM) programs and schedules.
- Drive continuous improvement in asset reliability and uptime.
- Collaborate with maintenance and operations to improve equipment performance.
- Utilize reliability tools and techniques (e.g., FMEA, RCM) to identify and mitigate risks.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, or similar).
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, focusing on reliability engineering.
- Proficiency in reliability tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, RCM, RCA, Weibull analysis).
- Strong understanding of CMMS/EAM systems and their application in maintenance and reliability.
- Experience with predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasonic testing).
- Experience with Predictive Maintenance (PdM) technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis).
- Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or similar certification.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL) for data analysis and automation.
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software beyond basic user functions.
