Salary Range: $83,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies.
• Analyze equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations for chronic issues.
• Optimize preventive maintenance (PM) programs and schedules.
• Drive continuous improvement in asset reliability and uptime.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations to improve equipment performance.
• Utilize reliability tools and techniques (e.g., FMEA, RCM) to identify and mitigate risks.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, or similar).
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, focusing on reliability engineering.
• Proficiency in reliability tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, RCM, RCA, Weibull analysis).
• Strong understanding of CMMS/EAM systems and their application in maintenance and reliability.
• Experience with predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasonic testing).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Predictive Maintenance (PdM) technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis).
• Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or similar certification.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL) for data analysis and automation.
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software beyond basic user functions.
