About the Position
We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Paint Prepper to join our production team. The Paint Prepper is responsible for preparing sign faces and cabinets for the painting process and may assist with sign fabrication and letter edging as needed. This is a hands-on production role that requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare sign faces, cabinets, and other sign components for painting.
