Production Assembly Operator

• Assemble components and products per documented requirements and production needs.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and production machinery safely and correctly.
• Coordinate with your team and shift priorities to meet output goals.

• Inspect finished products for conformance to specifications.
• Perform basic troubleshooting; promptly report defects, equipment concerns, and production issues.
• Follow written and verbal instructions to maintain consistent quality.

• Comply with all safety protocols, company policies, and procedures.
• Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized throughout the shift.

• Support boxing, secondary operations, packaging, and related manufacturing tasks as needed.
• Cross-train in multiple value-added activities while maintaining assembly as the primary focus.

• Assembly, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred; not required.
• Experience with basic hand and power tools.
• Able to follow written and verbal directions with strong attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Standing for extended periods; frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive actions.
• Lift and move up to 25 pounds independently.
• Use required tools and production equipment safely throughout the day.

• Minimal travel required.
• Must be able to read and write in English.

• Safety glasses and hearing protection required in all manufacturing areas.
• Additional PPE must be worn as required by the task or area.

• Manufacturing environment with continuous noise and moving equipment.
• Exposure to dust, grease, moisture, and temperature variation.
• Potential exposure to manufacturing hazards; strict safety adherence required.
• Intermittent outdoor weather exposure.

• Safe, correct use of hand tools, power tools, and required production equipment.
• Accuracy to work instructions, blueprints, schematics, and product specifications.
• Quality of output and timely escalation of defects or production issues.
• Meeting production requirements while maintaining safety and quality.
• Work area cleanliness and organization.
• Dependability, teamwork, and responsiveness to changing priorities.
• Effective support of boxing, secondary operations, packaging, and other assigned tasks.
