As a Senior Press Brake Specialist, you will serve as the technical lead for our metal forming department, overseeing CNC operations and guiding a dedicated team to achieve production excellence. • Direct daily operations for the press brake department, providing technical guidance and coaching to team members to ensure consistent quality and throughput.
• Program, set up, and operate CNC press brake machinery, translating complex engineering blueprints into high-quality finished components.
• Develop and document standardized setup procedures and machine programs to increase operational efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Perform rigorous first-piece and in-process inspections using precision measuring tools to maintain strict adherence to customer specifications.
• Coordinate production workflows by managing tooling requirements, material availability, and scheduling priorities.
• Champion safety initiatives and 5S workplace organization standards to maintain a secure and efficient production environment.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot process variations and implement effective corrective actions.

• Proven expertise in programming, setting up, and operating CNC press brake equipment.
• Advanced ability to interpret complex engineering drawings, GD&T, and manufacturing specifications.
• Demonstrated experience in a leadership or mentorship capacity within a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency with precision inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and angle gauges.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization and error prevention.

• Extensive background in metal fabrication environments with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience utilizing CAD/CAM software for program development and process design.
• Familiarity with ERP systems for production tracking and documentation.
• Formal training or certification in lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.
