VIVO Infusion seeks a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner to join its Grandville, MI team in a part-time, hybrid capacity. You will oversee infusion care, develop care plans, and liaise with physicians, ensuring safe procedures and compliant care across settings.
Responsibilities include evaluating referrals, documenting in EMR, and guiding staff in infection control and patient education. Prior experience with IV therapies and BLS is preferred.
