VIVO Infusion – Family Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team of dynamic healthcare professionals in Grandville, MI.
In this position, you will play a key role in overseeing infusion care provided by nurses in our ambulatory infusion centers in Grandville, MI, and via telehealth as needed. You will create and maintain individualized care plans for all patients referred to the center, ensuring safe and effective care during infusion procedures. You will also serve as the primary clinical liaison between the referring physician’s office and the infusion center, providing critical support to the team and evaluating patients’ needs throughout the treatment process.
Responsibilities- Reviews and evaluates clinical information provided by referring physician offices and admits appropriate patients for infusion.
- Evaluates newly referred patients and develops initial plans of care.
- Monitors plans of care and makes necessary changes.
- Performs physical exams with assessment of normal and abnormal findings on new patients and confirms suitability for infusion.
- Reviews all lab reports provided by the referring physician.
- Requests diagnostic and lab studies of the referring physician upon evaluation of the patient as needed.
- Recognizes situations that require the immediate attention of a physician and initiates life‑saving procedures when necessary.
- Consults with the supervising Medical Director as necessary.
- Documents infusion orders in the electronic medical record.
- Dictates or documents notes in the electronic medical record.
- Promotes company quality outcome initiatives.
- Delegates responsibilities to staff nurses on duty.
- Follows company policies and CDC guidelines for infection control.
- Carries out all duties in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provides patient education and answers questions from prospective patients and referring physicians.
- Enforces all HIPAA compliance guidelines.
- Pay Range: $56.00 – $62.00 per hour

Clinical Operations Manager

Education and Experience- Current and valid state professional nurse licensure – mandatory
- Graduate of an accredited nursing associate or bachelor’s degree – mandatory
- Current CPR/BLS certification – mandatory
- Minimum of 1 year of IV experience – mandatory
- Infusion experience – preferred
- Certification in specialty (CRNI – Certified RN Infusion) – preferred
- ICU/ED experience – preferred
- Current license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician’s Assistant in the state of service – mandatory
- Current DEA license – mandatory
- Infusion, rheumatology, oncology, or neurology experience – preferred
- Minimum of 2 years in a clinical setting – mandatory
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills – mandatory
- Strong customer service skills and commitment to patient comfort – mandatory
- Intermediate computer skills, MS Office, and EMR experience; telehealth system experience preferred
- Strong time‑management skills and independence – mandatory
- Collaborative approach, professional ethics, knowledge of compliance practices – mandatory
- Prior experience with Joint Commission compliance – plus
- Active BLS certification required prior to start date
The work environment may involve exposure to moving medical equipment, fumes or airborne particles, moderate noise, mandatory safety gear such as face shields, goggles, non‑slip shoes, gloves, and masks.
