Vivo Infusion is seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner to oversee infusion care in Grandville MI and via telehealth as needed. You will create and maintain individualized care plans, liaise with referring physicians, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines within your scope of practice.
The role is hybrid with 2 days in clinic and 1 day virtual. Part-time schedule (approximately 20–25 hours per week) with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits.
