Security Officer - Patrol Driver

Allied Universal - Up to $17.00/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, tenants, and shoppers by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the retail common areas, service corridors, loading areas, and exterior perimeter, including parking areas, to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or hazard concerns for reporting;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical calls, disturbances, suspicious activity, and fire or alarm activations, escalating to site leadership and public responders as needed;
Monitor access points and observe activity within the location, including using CCTV and/or other monitoring systems when assigned, and provide directions and assistance to visitors and employees;
Document routine and unusual activity by completing patrol logs, incident reports, and shift communications, and report policy violations, property damage, or operational issues to the appropriate contacts
