Security Officer Vehicle Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing updates with site contacts and/or local responders as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout storefronts, common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention;
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support authorized access, observe for policy-related concerns, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance issues, and/or security-related matters;
Assist with closing procedures, crowd flow observation, and customer inquiries while helping to support order and a professional presence throughout the location
