* Adhere to strict guidelines, ensuring all work meets or exceeds mechanical inspector requirements.
* Provide friendly, accurate information and home comfort options to clients.
* Consistently meet or exceed company productivity goals.
* Present invoices and collect payments per company policy.
* Complete and submit all paperwork and payments accurately and on time.
* Maintain a professional appearance and respect client spaces by following cleanliness policies (e.g., wearing shoe covers in homes).
* Keep company vehicles in excellent condition according to Fleet Management Policy.
* Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and service quality.
* Perform additional duties as assigned to support team success.
