Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service while communicating professionally and effectively.
- Produce neat, organized, and high-quality work that meets company standards.
- Support the plumbing team by assisting with installations, diagnostics, and repairs.
- Learn and adhere to safety protocols, ensuring a secure work environment.
- Develop technical skills through hands-on experience and ongoing training.
- Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and materials on the job site.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, taking direction and contributing to project success.
- Represent the company with a clean, professional appearance and positive attitude.

- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with insurability through Vredevoogd's insurance carrier.
- Ability to pass initial and random drug screenings, as well as a comprehensive national background check.
- Strong dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to lift over 75 lbs, climb in and out of vehicles, and work in a variety of conditions, including Michigan's changing weather.
- A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.
- Attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to working collaboratively in a team environment.
- Must live within 45 minutes of Grand Rapids.
