Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Demonstrate strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills; show a mechanical aptitude for hands-on work.

Produce neat, clean, and thorough work, maintaining high standards in all tasks.

Work efficiently, quickly, and with excellent organizational skills to meet project timelines.

Follow all safety protocols on job sites and while driving, always prioritizing safety for yourself and the team.

Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing their needs, concerns, and expectations professionally.

Collaborate effectively with team members, taking direction well and support team efforts to complete projects on time.

Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards set by the company.

Assist journeyman and master electricians with installing, repairing, and maintain electrical systems.

Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to assist in accurate electrical system installations.

Install, repair, and maintain wiring, lighting, and control systems in residential or commercial settings.

Develop troubleshooting skills to diagnose electrical issues using appropriate testing devices and procedures.

Ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations in every task performed.

Maintain and organize tools, materials, and equipment on the job site to promote a safe and efficient workspace.

Actively participate in on-the-job training and classes to build technical skills and industry knowledge.

Demonstrate initiative and adaptability, performing additional duties as assigned to support the team.
