We're looking for a skilled and reliable Multi Skilled Operative to join our team in Grangemouth. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll carry out a range of repair and maintenance works within occupied and void domestic properties, helping to ensure residents receive a first-class service and their homes remain safe, secure, and well maintained.

Key Responsibilities Carry out a wide range of general repairs and maintenance works within domestic properties. Undertake basic joinery, plumbing, groundworks, and other multi-trade tasks as required. Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and to a high standard. Work within occupied homes while delivering excellent customer service. Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with health and safety requirements.

Maintain accurate records of completed works and materials used. Work independently and as part of a wider maintenance team to meet service delivery targets. Skills & Experience Required Previous experience in a Multi Skilled Operative, Handyperson, Property Maintenance, or Repairs role. Competent in a range of trades, including basic joinery, plumbing, and general maintenance. Experience working within housing/ social housing, repairs, maintenance, or domestic property environments is desirable.

Ability to identify and resolve repair issues efficiently. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively. Good understanding of health and safety regulations. Full UK Driving Licence essential. What we offer £17.00 per hour Career stability within a growing organisation.
