Insulation Labourer - Ineos

Altrad is currently looking for an experienced Insulation Labourer to join the team at Ineos Grangemouth for site works. The role will involve working 38 hour weeks Monday – Friday, with an immediate start available. The position is paid under TICNA agreements (19.02 per hour). Must be local to site. The role is until 31/10/2026 approx. We are the leading provider of infrastructure services.

• To understand the Altrad Health and Safety policy, and ensure the policy is adhered to by all employees.
• Demonstrate effective communication, actively participating with pre-job briefings.
• Ability to work effectively within a team working environment.
• The ability to understand method statements and risk assessments to carry out task safely.
• To demonstrate the ability to select the correct Insulation materials and finishes relevant to various applications and changing operational environments.
• Knowledge of the use of tools and equipment and to ensure they are correctly maintained.
• Identify and elevate any significant risks to health and safety and report risks and any defects to the Supervisor and safety teams.
• The ability to assist trades people with the removal and replacement of Insulation materials and finishes.
• The ability to undertake instruction from the Supervisor and act with professionalism.
• Monitor and maintain good housekeeping, ensuring work areas are kept tidy.
• Report any Accidents, Incidents and Near misses to the Site Supervisor or Site Manager immediately.
