Dispatcher for Local Home Improvement Company

Here dyman and HM Remodeling, we're looking to add a seasoned industry and service professional to our office team. You would be answering customer phone calls, assisting clients with booking jobs, scheduling and routing technicians.

To succeed in this role:

• Be friendly and outgoing professional
• Be highly organized and detail oriented
• Have previous construction/handyman experience
• Be a self starter
• Have computer experience with Microsoft Office

Minimum requirements:

• Live within South Bend Area
• 5+ years construction industry experience
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Professional communication skills and phone etiquette

Your Responsibilities as an Office Professional:

• Lead management and Scheduling – you will be responsible for inbound and outbound customer communications while organizing work and managing schedules for our Service Professionals
• Making Recommendations and Managing Expectations with Customers – You'll communicate with customers to guide them through their projects and assist with managing their expectations.
• Create Life-Long Customers – Deliver a great experience that wows every customer. You will follow the Mr. Handyman Way - a repeatable process that makes it easy to impress the customer every time.

Benefits & Pay:

• The pay range for this position is $20 to $24 and is dependent on your experience.
